1, Refractory for Glass Tank Kiln

2, Refractory Materials for Cement Kilns

Cement Rotary Kiln Refractory Materials


(1) Alkaline refractory:
The main varieties of alkaline refractory materials are: magnesia chrome brick, magnesia brick, magnesia spinel brick, dolomite brick and so on. Magnesia-chrome bricks are divided into ordinary magnesia-chrome bricks, directly combined magnesia-chrome bricks, and semi-directly combined magnesia-chrome bricks.

(2) Aluminum silicon refractory:
Aluminum silicon refractory for cement kiln, except general clay brick and high alumina brick. There are also special requirements: mainly the change of wear resistance, alkali resistance and temperature resistance. 3, Refractory Castable Material for Ceramic Kiln

The refractory castable materials of the inner wall of the kiln wall require high temperature resistance, and the type of refractory used is determined by the temperature at which the product is fired.

(1) Use clay refractory bricks at temperatures below 1300 ° C;
(2) Use high alumina brick at 1300 ~ 1400 ℃;
(3) Use silicon brick at 1400 ~ 1500 ℃;
(4) Use magnesia-aluminum brick at 1500 ~ 1600 ℃;
(5) Use corundum bricks below 1800 ° C.

4, refractory for coke oven

(1) Refractory materials for the carbonization chamber; most of the past used clay bricks, but now tend to use high-quality high alumina bricks, sillimanite bricks and andalusite bricks.

(2) Refractory materials for combustion chambers. The combustion chamber and the carbonization chamber share the same furnace wall, and the bricks are the same as the carbonization chamber.

(3) Refractory for furnace roof. Because of the large temperature fluctuation around the coal hole on the top of the furnace, clay bricks are used for the construction, and other parts are made of silicon bricks.

(4) Refractory materials for ramps. The ramp connects the combustion chamber with the heat storage chamber, and requires the brick structure to be stable and able to resist the effects of thermal stress. Clay refractory bricks are used for small coke ovens, and silicon bricks are used for large and medium coke ovens.

(5) Refractory materials for thermal storage rooms. The small vertical wall, partition wall, furnace bottom and lattice brick masonry of the small coke oven heat storage room are all made of clay bricks. The middle and upper masonry of large and medium-sized coke oven heat storage rooms are all made of silicon bricks. In order to make the coke oven as a whole expand uniformly.

(6) Refractory for small flue. The small flue is located at the bottom of the heat storage chamber and communicates with the flue. The small flues are all lined with clay bricks.

5, Refractory materials for fluidized bed incinerators

The incineration temperature of the cfb bed incinerator is 750 to 870 ° C. Because the materials (carrier and waste residue) in the furnace circulate in a boiling shape, the lining material requires heat-resistant and wear-resistant refractory materials.
